Wonders of Wildlife to Feature Carnivores/Other in Pasco

WHAT: Western Wildlife Outreach (WWO) and the Wolf Education & Research Center (WERC)  will host a “Wonders of Wildlife” event on May 14 for people of all ages interested in discovering wildlife and its wonders. The event is free and open to the public.
Experts from the two host organizations, as well as Owl Brand Supply Company, Snowdon Wildlife Sanctuary, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Yakima Basin Environmental Education Program will give the following presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
Birds of Prey • Wolves, Bears and Other Predators • Wildlife Observational Learning and Fieldwork Fundamentals • Career Panel, “So You Want to be a Biologist?” • Owl Pellet Dissection • Fish Dissection
